Felt Pictures
During our Literacy learning session in the morning, one of the activities is using felt shapes to make up a picture. We then share our story with a partner. One day we had a photo taken of our felt picture with the iPad and then we had our story recorded. Enjoy the following stories that we made up. Can you tell whose voice is whose? Listen carefully.

Autumn Leaves
Yesterday Room 8 went up to share our Autumn Leaves Poems with Room 1. After we shared our poems we got into small groups. Room 1 children shared their knowledge of the iPads with us. Together we used Puppet Pals to take the leaves from our art, photograph a background and record our poems. We had lots of fun using the iPads. The Room 1 children were good teachers. Enjoy looking at the videos we created with our animations.

Term 2
This term we are learning about the importance of the Sun. We have talked about the seasons and now we are learning about Shadows. We have learned that a shadow is made when our body blocks the sun. he following photos show us standing in the sun and it shows our shadow being made because the sun is being blocked by our body. We have also played shadow tag. When we are standing our shadow is joined at our feet.
